Replacing tub/shower with a shower. Do I need a new vent? - 30 x 30 shower pan
I shot a 30 x 60 tub / shower and I've replaced with a 34x 60 walk-in shower (fiberglass prefabricated NAP). The plumbing is a 2 "drain the drain T-shirts 1.5" and 1.5 "bathtub overflows. My plan is to reduce T and a 1.5" port angled outlet replaces the shower. Is it more effective, and there is no ventilation problem? That is, ventilation and sanitation, are assigned to the existing (under the concrete slab that I can not see is). Thank you!

If T passes through the ceiling, which is the breakdown. If there's another opening, you can have no problems
2 "is the code for a reason. The overflow tank has the wind, the called open (outdoor) ventilation. There is a need to" cut t connect "with the power line, in an ideal manner. DON" T! If there are toilets nearby, there is an opening. "Connect". When in doubt, call a friend or a plumber. (which is very hard to contact ...)
Good luck, and guard yourselves!
